A Celebration of Brazilian Gastronomy: Four-Hands Dinner at Marine Restô

Marine Restô will host a special culinary evening bringing together two chefs and two perspectives on Brazilian gastronomy.

On 29 October, Chef Jérôme Dardillac will welcome renowned Brazilian Chef João Diamante for an exclusive four-hands dinner at Marine Restô.

The evening will feature a collaborative menu that celebrates the diversity and creativity of Brazilian cuisine, combining carefully selected ingredients, new culinary perspectives and the distinctive signatures of both chefs.

Designed as a unique gastronomic experience, the dinner will offer guests the opportunity to discover Brazilian flavours through the creative dialogue between two chefs, bringing together different backgrounds, techniques and interpretations around the same table.
