  • Earn 2% Partner Credit on eligible confirmed hotel business booked through The HR Collection.

    Your credit can be applied to your next confirmed booking within the following 12 months.

  • Depending on the property, HR Collection Partners may access additional benefits negotiated directly with participating hotels.

    These may include:

    • Room upgrades, subject to availability

    • Welcome amenities

    • Complimentary breakfast

    • Resort credits

    • Welcome drinks

    • Early check-in

    • Late check-out

    • VIP amenities

    • Meeting-room upgrades

    Benefits vary according to each participating property and booking conditions.

  • Qualifying bookings may also access complimentary accommodation for tour leaders, group coordinators, coaches or wedding-related professionals, depending on the number of rooms booked and the conditions established by the participating hotel.

    Complimentary accommodation is subject to the minimum number of rooms and conditions established for each participating property.

    Refer a new agency, tour operator, retreat planner, event specialist or wedding planner to The HR Collection and receive 1% Partner Credit when that partner generates confirmed business.

    The referral reward applies to confirmed business generated during the first 12 months following the referred partner's approval.

    Agencies and professional partners that generate significant annual business through The HR Collection can qualify for our Premium Partner level.

    Premium status recognises partners that actively generate business through the collection and gives them access to enhanced benefits.

    PREMIUM PARTNER QUALIFICATION

    Premium Partner status is available to partners that reach:

    €50,000 IN ANNUAL CONFIRMED BUSINESS

    Once a partner reaches €50,000 in eligible confirmed business during a 12-month period, it qualifies for Premium Partner status.

    3% PREMIUM PARTNER CREDIT

    Once Premium Partner status has been achieved, the partner earns:

    3% PARTNER CREDIT

    on subsequent eligible confirmed hotel business.

    The 3% benefit applies only to bookings confirmed after the €50,000 threshold has been reached.

    Bookings confirmed before Premium Partner status are not recalculated retrospectively.
