The house has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
On the second floor we find a large modern and minimalist kitchen, equipped with double appliances and everything you need to cook like a real chef.
The kitchen is open to the living room with a gas stove, a large space with lots of light due to the large windows and the surrounding chromatic palette, on which stand out two large original stone arches and the recovered support of traditional canyís, which give a unique character to the room.
On the same floor there are 4 comfortable and elegant bedrooms with 160×200 bed, Smart TV, each with a suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Two of the bedrooms have terraces.
On the third and last floor there are 2 more bedrooms with under-roofed wardrobes, as well as an area with sofas and a table with access to a terrace.

A house with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and spacious, where you will find intimacy and rural character in the original elements that still tell the story of this 17th century masia.
On the ground floor is the living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings and access to the patio with beautiful views over the fields.
Sliding doors separate the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.Upstairs, a double bedroom with double bed 150x200cm, en suite bathroom with bathtub and views of the back garden. And a bedroom with two single beds of 105x200cm and a bathroom with a shower.
A small reading room separates the rooms.Outside the house there is a chill-out area with sofas.

A stone house distributed on two floors, for 4 people and 1 extra person.
The Catalan vaulted ceilings give character and light to the space. Aliving-dining room open to the garden with a private terrace and beautiful views of the fields, a typical Empordà agricultural scenery.
The spacious living room of 45m2 is equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, it joins the dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. A relaxing atmosphere, achieved by the use of white and soft tones.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one double bedroom with double bed 150x200cm, en suite bathroom with bathtub and views of the back garden One bedroom with two single beds of 105x200cm and a bathroom with teak shower.
In the mezzanine there is a small reading room with a desk and chair.In addition to the private garden with access from the living room, the house also has a patio at the front, a stone wall acts as a buttress and provides privacy, creating a very pleasant corner.

All the distribution on the same floor makes it an accessible house.
This beautiful rural house with a contemporary style has preserved the essence of its origins, with original elements from the 18th century, such as the large round stone column in the living room, which supported the main beam of the old building.It has a sofa area around the wood-burning fireplace, dining area and kitchen with all appliances.
One double bedroom with a double bed 150x200cm overlooking the back garden. And a bedroom with two single beds of 105x200cm overlooking the cosy front courtyard. It has a full bathroom with a teak shower and coloured cement finishes.
At the back of the house there is a private terrace with beautiful views of the gardens, from where you can watch spectacular sunsets. And at the front, a cobbled courtyard with a pond is the nerve centre of the farmhouse, where there is a covered porch with a relaxation area, a table and a bench full of comfortable cushions.

Bright house on the upper floor, for 4 people.
Rebuilt in the old barn of the farmhouse. The charming rural accommodation has openings to give light and views of the fields, the Empordà plain and the Montgrí castle.
The architectural elements naturally delimit the different spaces of the house, where the structure of the walls has been respected, preserving a beautiful round stone column that supported the beams.
The entrance is from a private courtyard, where a creeper that provides shade in summer. It opens onto the living-dining room with high ceilings and wooden beams, which give a feeling of spaciousness and provide plenty of light.

Once a partner reaches €50,000 in eligible confirmed business during a 12-month period, it qualifies for Premium Partner status.
3% PREMIUM PARTNER CREDIT
Once Premium Partner status has been achieved, the partner earns:
